All Nerve Conduction Study (NCS) test confirmed cases CTS patients with age group more than 18 years both male female were selected as population. Patients who received regular nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or corticosteroids, treated therapeutic modalities before, acute wrist trauma surgery, cervical radiculopathy, thoracic outlet syndrome, tumor infectious diseases, pregnancy, any serious heart, liver kidney diseases excluded this study. randomly assigned into two groups designed A B. assignment done blind method. Group underwent (3 Joules/cm2, 50 Hz, 2 min) over area. B conventional total 14 sessions, first 7 sessions on consecutive days, last alternate days. also used splint each night, practiced exercises CTS, followed ADL advices. assessed according BCTQ, Boston Carpal Tunnel Questionnaire.
